My iphone is old as **** and has been getting progressively more knackered, touchscreen not always working etc. Went down to O2 and sorted a shiny new phone albeit from a salesman with all the enthusiasm of Matheus Cunha being told he's playing at Grimsby. It should be easy to transfer all the stuff on the phone with the sim except I can't access the old phone as it needs a passcode typed in I can't do with the screen ****ed. Now an hour or so into the new phone trying to set itself up via iCloud. Absolute load of bollocks.
Still waiting for the thing to update. Can imagine it won't and I'll be taking it down the road at 9am to speak to the same disinterested yoof to fail to fix. No one likes a Samsung ****er.
