Had plenty of great trips to Birmingham for the cricket tbf. It gets a bad rep but I don't mind it at all. Food is excellent.

Agree, Edgbaston is great. Only time I've been to St Andrews, it was March and it snowed all day. Was freezing and we got beat 3-0. Had a good couple of days out at Villa though.

Birmingham is a decent city to be fair, Bull Ring is overrated in my opinion but St Andrew’s was a decent ground back in the day and its still a great atmosphere when the Brummies can be bothered to make some noise.

Has to be one of the longest serving grounds in the EFL by now?

I only went to Villa once, it was in the PL days when Duke came rushing out to take a throw in and it backfired badly. We lost 1-0 IIRC and that might also have been the game that Bullard reinjured himself and blubbed his way off the pitch.

Their gaffer is under some serious pressure ATM. We’ve seemed to do better against teams who want to dominate the ball so hopefully we can follow suit against this arrogant lot

Anyone watched the prime documentary on this lot? Tom Brady loves the sound of his own voice

I honestly thought both them and Wrexham were very poor their game the other day. Proper bore fest, nodded off a Cpl of times…personally I don’t think there is anything to worry about from either… I could be totally wrong mind….
