Not sure if anyone can help but normally, I've reduced my photos and added my watermark for my blogs before using IMGUR to get the link to post on here. Now IMGUR has blocked UK usage I have been unable to post any photos with my blog. I did manage to upload one photo just now but then when trying to do more on a separate reply, I couldn't do it.

What is the best way for me to upload photos please?

Whilst most of the images that I post on here are data tables saved as jpg files, I just use Paint to reduce the size of the file, add any comments that I require and then post directly into the forum post.

If you want something online then have a look at imgpile.com and see if that meets your needs

It lets me post one photo but then when I try to post another it doesn't show the image?

ok lets see if i can just copy and paste multi photos from Paint. Hmm I'm sorry Heidi I don't know then, as I've managed to post 4photos the way I usually do. I even added a very basic watermark to the last picture

    upload_2025-10-8_0-45-37.png upload_2025-10-8_0-45-58.png

    upload_2025-10-8_0-49-32.png

also tried to post using IMGPile, but that was not successful

Just thought I would test with the two photos from your blog post in case there was something wrong with them, ie too large etc.

All I did was save the two images onto my desktop , then selected each image and copy and pasted the first

    upload_2025-10-8_1-0-18.jpeg

and then copied and pasted the second

    upload_2025-10-8_1-0-42.jpeg

    So I am stumped

Both those images are less than 500kb when saved on my pc so have tried with a larger one that I found that you had posted, just to see if that made a difference, although I had to reduce the size from 2mb to 1 mb, to allow it to be posted

Ok I admit that the quality isnt the best as I just used a freebie screen recorder, but just done a 50 second video, showing how I just copy and paste 2 pictures from my downloads folder, into this post on the forum.

This is because I know you use to use IMGGUR (or whatever it was called), so just wanted a quick and easy method of showing you what I do, rather than explaining it all in words.

Obviously if you are still having issues then, it needs someone more experienced than me to try and help :(

You might need to make it fuill screen as its only recorded at 720p via an online screen recorder. also make sure the video is at 720p, as for some reason it defaults to 360, which is totally unwatchable as opposed to barely watchable

The UK is heading towards a greatly reduced Internet as companies take the easy route and block us. All thanks to the government and the age verification measures they implemented in July

I just had a read up on IMGUR, seems they were threatened with a large fine as they’re not strict enough on ensuring users are over 18 so they just said, pull the plug on the UK

Thank you. It’s very possible it’s something I’m doing but the photos were less than 2 I’d say as I know there’s a limit to the size. Instead of the image showing and choosing thumbnail or large image, it just shows a lot of text not the image?
