I’m away to bed in a huff. There’s a flight to Paris from Newcastle at 6am that I could be on to go and watch the racing tomorrow but I’ve got some Jamaican **** here spoiling it for me.

    Night.

Flu and Covid jab done. Having a McDonalds breakfast with the kids as a ‘treat’

    info for @FosseFilberto

you need to be over 75 or immune suppressed to qualify at this time for Covid I was told. So you should get in by age?

    Learned something new today...

You can add emergency details to your phone such as medical conditions, medication and emergency contacts, so that in event of an incident, people helping you can access that section of your phone.

Instead of entering the phone pin, fingerprint or facial recognition, once set up an emergency button will appear that any assistance can access.

Great help especially when faced with someone you don't know having a medical situation.

This is for a Google Pixel 8a, so it may be slightly different on other phones...

Sign in to Google account if prompted

    Go to Settings
    then
    Go to Safety & emergency
    then
You can enter Medical Information & Emergency Contacts

Emergency contact button will then appear if someone attempts to open your phone. If it opens wanting the pin number the emergency button that appears underneath will over-ride it.
