Hume was very poor today, exposed...its his ability on the ball thats letting him down, I think its in his head too.

Knew that Forest game would bite us on the arse, everyone going on about it not being a freekick, then Traore gets booked...

A reckon Gertrudia will be in soon, reinaldo has cost us massively with that error. Wonder if we’ll look for another left back in jan, masuaku hasn’t been great

Yeah, as much as I love Hume, I think Mukiele will eventually move to RB and Geetruida into CH with Omar.

I think we'll be looking for a younger long-term LB and another RW.

Always thought this may be tricky. One plus for me was the acknowledgement by RLB that he tactically got it wrong at the start but was willing to change it

Four pints later in the pub and still got smoke coming out my ears from the officialdom today, been away from the top league so long I'd forgotten the man utd bias. We move on, smokings not allowed these days.

Out of 101 votes before the game on this thread, only 6 of us thought we would get beaten
Looks to me like over - optimism , and underestimating the opposition

I do worry about our wide areas. Adingra looks very raw and not ready to be a starting in the Prem yet.
Talbi has excellent work rate, help out defensively really well but again im not sure he's ready. He missed a sitter today, chances like that need to be buried. Im hoping Mundle can step up, but its an area we need sorting in Jan on both sides.

A good 2nd half and a decent finish to the 1st. So wide open down our left side early on 1st half. Good to see RLB react early to change things and we looked much better. Poor goals to concede. Thought with a bit of luck could have had a goal which would have had them flapping a little. Final thoughts 3 points from 2 away games better than 2 draws . Sorry thought the ref was awful today some Absolutely terrible decisions. Got a lot of help from his assistant Bruno Fernandez. We move on to Wolves which is much more important. Home safe and having a warming single malt. Great catch up with friends.

Reckon a lot of those votes were tongue in cheek mind, I voted for a win but would have been over the moon with a draw before the game.

Im sure Talbi is ready, he looks a top player. Adingra needs a rocket up his arse same as Traore as they dont work enough out of possession.

Mundle could be huge for us in the coming months.

I wouldn't call it over optimism, how about saying it's about just having faith in your team ?

I think performances this season have justified having faith in the lads despite the opposition, without taking into account the horrible season Man United have had so far.

If we'd lined up better and had a bit more luck with the ref we could have beaten them. Fine margins.

Alright they had a decent half hour but in reality a bit better finishing and decisions going our way and we could easily be getting a point today!
