Substitutes made the telling difference. Orient 3-2 up and changed to only one defender on Kellyman- a big tactical error which allowed him & Kpakio time and space to create. Osho was a liability all match. Lawlor and Fish the better partnership. BBM’s philosophy of keeping the ball in play at all times when Row Z would be better is questionable. That was the cause of Orients 3rd goal. In the end we can thank Trott again and again but whatever it’s 3 points - Orient will feel hard done by but their defence was poor.
4-3, boring . Back in the day I saw us 4-1 down at Orient with thirty-five minutes left to play, we won 5-4. One of the lads we went with was ejected at half time when we were 3-1 down. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Just listened to Wellens post match interview. All I’ll state is at the end of the day it’s about putting it in their onion bag more times than the other team…..
