Typically chaotic from us but better second half till the last 15 minutes or so .

Irankunda wasn’t happy about getting taken off as we saw but TBF Vata replaced him well .

Poor defensive play for their goals unfortunately.

Was Vata more able than Irankunda? Is he quicker? Does he read play better? I don’t think so.
What I saw was our biggest threat being taken off as well as having his nose unnecessarily put out of joint. Baah came on too late. I’d love to see an Irankunda—Kjerrumgaard—Baah front three in a 4-3-3.

First rule of football: Play to the whistle.
Second rule: If in doubt, kick it out.

Now, I know football has moved on a bit, but, bloody hell lads, it's the basics!!!

What the officials missed was that as both sets of players stopped because no one knew who the red would give a free kick to the little toe rag on his backside passed the ball to the player behind him WITH HIS HAND which caught Watford out because there was no way he could have passed that legally

BUT Watford should have still prevented the goal after that, as stated before play to the whistle and or clear the lines

Well he did get a goal and assist so the change worked on that particular occasion but yes agree generally Irankunda is better .

Seems he wasn’t “fresh” which begs the question why start him in the first place if there doubts about his fitness .

Presumably Baah wasn’t deemed fully fit either hence only getting 5 minutes.

    Work in progress....

Some positives particularly on the break and generally going forward.
Defensively though work to be done. We just let them attack our box for periods during the game and they could have scored more.

    Louza played very well again......

The key man as usual .

People complain we aren’t attacking enough and don’t play all the forwards we have but despite having a lot of defensive players we still are too open and easy to pass .

That was just about the stupidest goal I've ever seen at that level. You would think that playiong to the whistle is just automatic. Obviously not.

I thought rotation of players would keep everyone fit and able to control games - maybe not. Perhaps we do need to decide on a settled first 11/14 say. There again, thr substitutions worlked well. And Pezzolane could hardly be blamed for their second.
