It’s only taken a few games so far this season so highlight the gaping areas of the squad, hasn’t it? LW and ST in particular, are an abomination already . We’ve got nothing to offer whatsoever!
Seriously poor performance. The team look rudderless, far too players trying to take ownership of the game and make something happen, just seems to completely lack direction and we’re sitting off too much - perhaps a little too much respect being shown to our opponents. Bodø look really good to be fair, they’re sharp and are beating us to every ball. They look like a team who are well up for this and well prepared, as well they might be because apparently they haven’t played for nearly a week. But regardless it’s been a seriously poor first half. Needs a half time rocket from Tommy Frank and maybe a few changes as well.
The only way is up. This is the second time this season Spurs have looked uninterested. Bournemouth? No energy
I find it annoying and far from the attitude of winners that we think we only need to turn up to win didn’t we beat them 4-0 in the semi? bet we thought we would coast it tonight poor mentality
There’s simply no effort from anyone, possibly with the exception of Odobert. Frank needs to coach them mentally.
I don’t think it’s that, mate. IMO it’s a case of early squad management, but the sad reality of many members of the squad being distinctly average. Too many of them just don’t offer much.
What a miserable first half by Spurs . Cant string two passes together . No leadership without Romero no character just looks like they don’t want to be there. Bodo look very bright and we’re making them look like Barcelona. Our midfield is non existent. Can’t remember the last time Bentancur had a good game for us Hes just so sloppy and switches off too much. Alasdair Gold says Hes close to signing a new deal , personally I wouldn’t be offering him one. Sarr has been anonymous too started the season brilliantly but seems to be tailing off. Bergvall so much endeavour and talent but lacks that tactical knowledge at the moment. Hope Frank is tearing strips off them at HT and we need to get Palinha and Kudus on sharpish maybe Gray too.
Cats amongst the pigeons now. Time for Frank to earn his coin, because those players ain’t been doing it so far.
