Match Day Thread Away vs Derby.

About time our strikers started striking. Tanto is the only one who has, and Kelman has yet to make an impression. So I think NJ will try Kelman with a different strike Partner.

 

I’m hoping Kelman doesn’t start - I’m going with Olaofe to start

 

I agree he should not start - combo of he’s had his chance, we are away from home and this is only three days since the last game

 

Our summer signings seem to have been properly scouted so he must have something about him. Must be worth trying him with another strike partner, whether Leaburn or Tanto. TC still looks like a winger to me.

I was trying not to think of McAuley Bonne.

 

I had high hopes for him when he signed but they evaporated mostly on the first game of the season. It’s been a struggle since

 

Plenty of posters on CL are confident he'll come good. Either they've seen him previously or it's wishful thinking. We'll see.

 

Why not give Harvey Knibbs a try?
Like Tanto he's never made a league start for us - and he still has one more goal than Kelman.

 

Same position as Carey, and Carey's playing too well. Gillesphey also has one more goal than Kelman .

 

I though Knibbs could play up front if required. But I'm not up to speed...

 

Neither am I guvnor, I put it down to age!

 

I saw Knibbs play at Cambridge in the cup - he was rubbish but then virtually all our players were on that day
