I agree with you. They had an opportunity to help a lady that says she was a victim, and dealt with it badly. She was understandably emotional, and while I don't altogether agree with her general message, she was entitled to make it, and should be offered every help and support. EDIT. I have seen some claim that she was a left wing agitator, which looks likely to be true, however, if her claims are true, that changes nothing to me.
