No, but it does interest me. An amalgamation of tennis and squash apparently, meant to be easier on the knees than squash. Which would help. There's pickleball as well but that sounds a bit all inclusive dumbed down student woke stuff.
The bloke is an absolute ****er. It was fairly obvious they would complain, but it's not like it was Hojgaard they'd claimed to be injured. Hovland was paying well. And it's as you say, gave them the chance to not play their own weak link. They had four or five to choose from.
Never looked into pickleball. American nonsense. Padel is really good. Never played squash but it’s a good workout without being too much on the lungs or joints. You can have a beginner assuming they have some basic level of coordination with people who have played before and at least knock it about quite competitively unlike tennis. Hardest part is finding an available court. And having three friends.
There are apps out there that hook you up with randoms at all hours on whatever courts are available. Apparently. Could be a bit eggy that though, not sure I'd go that far.
Yeah not sure about that especially with the assortment of freaks round here and it’s a good social game because you aren’t too knackered between points.
