    Some random blokes who walked off the street and have been hired as federal agents in the US without proper training.

    I've seen the original now. I dont know the particular circumstance on this video, but is that true that these ICE agents are random people newly hired?

    I had to Google it, but seems they have circa 200k success rate. That's good...no?
