    What would send them into meltdown like butter landing on the sun …….,

    ……. give them 3 years playing in someone else’s low capacity stadium, or less than 20k in st James
    …. whilst in just the first year we knock up our extension to 63000

    You may be right mate.

    'The Cathedral' isn't only worthless, it would cost money to knock the stadium down and return the land to the City ...

    ... the training facilities need completely renewing so building them, and a new stadium, at Milton Keynes would be easy.

    Much cheaper than persevering with Newcastle <laugh>

    John Hall tried to bully the Council into buying the stadium 'for the good of the city' ... tosser.
