**** off with ya **** banter paddy power, sniffle sniffle!

Then one of them uses the term Blunderland. The ****test of all **** banter, especially when our clubs has blundered **** all for quite a few years now and they are the run by the Saudi regime that they bent over for because if all the money and success it would get them and they are more of a ****ing basket case than they ever were under Ashley!

As a club ever blundered a window like they just have?

Shearer "analysis" on us was f**in pitiful last night on match of the day. Shows how much he doesn't want to do it with the host taking the piss seemingly adds to it.

It's genuinely one of the most painfully obvious displays of unprofessional attitudes going so far. Gary Neville must hate that he has to praise Man City, but he does his Job correctly. Wor Al needs to grow up.

I've little time for either. But one is quite articulate, the other can barely get a sentence out without repeating a word or stuttering.

He must have the goods on someone to be getting paid £400k a year for doing virtually nothing.

If it's true, the mags fans should be worried. If they're looking for outside finance to be included in building it, considering the reputed wealth of the owners, that doesn't smack of a long term interest in them. Someone said on here a while back that they thought the ground issue would be a possible reason for the Saudis to walk away and sell up if they couldn't get their way.

Yeah the whole "Alan, you hate Sunderland right?" routine has never not been boring and it's beyond tired at this point. Just do your ****ing job mate, not that you're good at it.

I've bought a few things in my life that was the newest gadget that I convinced myself I would use often but the reality is after a couple of times using it I put it in a cupboard and it hasn't been touched for years.

The mags are just a Saudis equivalent of me buying a drone a few years ago flying it about 15 times and has now been in a cupboard under the stairs doing **** all for about 3 years !

I know it's in the Sun, but looking at the proposed site of the new stadium they would clearly still need to find somewhere else to play during the building phase as a substantial part of Sid James obviously needs to be demolished. Probably a minimum of two full seasons as well.

I can't see Northumbria Police ever agreeing to letting them play at the Sol given the havoc this would cause in Sunderland town centre every other week for two years, so realistically that leaves them with Newcastle Falcons - 11k capacity, Gateshead Stadium - 11k capacity or Darlington arena - 25k capacity. The only other option is to go completely off piste and go with something like Murrayfield which might not be as fanciful as it sounds.

They seem to be looking to make this whole issue as difficult as possible for themselves.

    Good post mate.

I honestly believe it's all just a smokescreen for the Saudis, the situation is far too complicated and they're realising they've been conned by Amanda Staveley. They're like lab rats in a glass box trying to find a way out.

If this was London they could buy their way out of the stadium problem, share a ground or whatever. But it's dawned on them that they don't own the ground, can't flatten listed buildings, take over the park or just pay people off. They're stuck in a far corner of the NE with nothing North, East or West of them, if they'd looked at a map they'd never have dreamt of buying that club. It's literally the worst possible option, in all seriousness Luton, Leeds, Forest, Derby, etc, were all much better options.

The only option is the SOL and that simply wouldn't be permitted.

They're stuck at SJP and the Mags will be fed lies so they can blame 'the cartel', the PL, the City and anyone but their owners. They might've had a chance, if Boris Johnson, was still sucking up to them but that escape route has totally gone. They have to accept that they can't do what they do in Saudi, bullying/bribing/blackmailing their way to do whatever they choose.

It's absolutely hilarious to watch ...
