Likeable team, look like they’ve got plenty about them and a decent goalkeeper when needed. I think we can all appreciate this underdog story.

I remember when Hull were everyone's 2nd team after they got into the Prem and were nearly top after 8 games. By the time their season got to pitch team talks, they were less popular.

 

Can’t say I remember this.

 

Defensively Sunderland looked sound, they could have been there all night and Forest weren't going to score, needed to draw them out the box.

Sunderland keeper was MOTM for me, some great stops and good positioning.

 

Hull were never anyones second team ffs.

 

You’ve made me look it up now and unless someone had a random season in stripes I think it was Sunderland in 1936.
