Chicken and bacon car banana in traditional egg sauce. First time putting chicken in it, it does ruin it a bit IMO. Chicken on its own is proper nice, marinaded in lemon, garlic and herb and air fried perfectly golden and crisp. But it definitely doesn’t belong in this dish.
Looks good but you're right, chicken has no place there. Pasta, egg yolks, cheese and pancetta, and that's it. Ecco tutto, ciao!
Turkish fakeaway. The chicken shish has been marinading for 48 hours, beautiful. Deserved to be BBQ’d.
Do you velvetise the beef first? Always struggle getting beef just right in a stir fry. Unless you spend a wedge on an expensive cut of steak.
Give it a good bash to flatten it and cut with the grain. Oh, and make sure its room temperature when you first fry and resist moving it too much - let it caramelise a bit first.
