    Leeds Utd v Bournemouth

    Sat 27th Sept@15:00 |Elland Road

Bournemouth make the nine hour round trip to Elland Road at the weekend, intent on preserving their spectacular start to the season, that has catapulted them to joint‑second place in the table. Their task won't be easy; they face a hard working and organised Leeds unit, yet to concede at home this season.

Moreover, Bournemouth have never even managed a point at Elland Road in any of their seven previous visits to West Yorkshire, but boast a squad of stars, with a formidable record of their own - they haven’t allowed their opponents more than six shots in total over their last four games.

Jayden Bogle's ankle injury that threatened to keep him sidelined until after the International break has cleared up, and is expected to keep his place in the starting line up at right-back. Winger Dan  James, who aggravated an abdominal strain picked up on international duty against Kazakhstan, is also expected back, perhaps at the expense of Brenden Aaronson, who could drop to the bench.

Goalkeeper Lucas Perri (thigh) and winger Wilfred Gnonto (calf) remain sidelined, paving the way for Karl Darlow to start his third consecutive league match. Darlow’s performances against Fulham and in particular Wolves have been impressive, combining sharp reflexes with confident distribution – exactly what Leeds needed in the second half at Molineux.

The Cherries are missing experienced trio Adam  Smith (thigh), Enes Unal (knee), and former Leeds lad Lewis Cook (shoulder) leaving Iraola a little light on the bench. Former Whites favourite Tyler Adams, will face a hostile reception for the way he left the club two seasons ago.

Dutch playmaker Justin Kluivert, still recovering from a summer calf problem, has yet to make his Premier League debut this season. Should Iraola feel the need to inject fresh creativity, Kluivert is likely to be the first name on the bench, ready to make a second half impact.

You are joking right? Bournemouth a very good side, we don’t need to lose our heads if we don’t get something today. Would be more than happy with a draw.

Fans have been told to get in the ground 15 minutes early for an important announcement.

    Anyone know what this is?

Paddy’s farewell or perhaps they’ve managed to complete the ground extension since our last home game and they’re gonna unveil the new 20k seats
