Hants will finish above Durham if they can match their result by way of losing the fewer matches over the season.
Yes, that missed point is largely irrelevant, as long as we don't throw one away again with a slow over rate. As the game is unlikely to finish as a draw, the bottom line is: if we lose then the only thing that can save us is if Durham lose as well (which looks unlikely at this point).
So, basically, we need to win! Over to Abbott for a great new ball burst, at least it'll be the first time we've relied on him to do that and get us out of trouble a bit...
