Used to go out with a Galway girl (utter filth in the best possible way!!!). Can’t stand Ed Sheeran!! Please see my signature regarding proof reading and my typing. I’ll leave it there!!
Forest haven't won in four so would ****ing love a win that sticks the boot in but it's another game I would gladly take a draw from.
A couple of injury concerns for Forest.. https://www.sunderlandecho.com/spor...DnYDKeKqIgQN5IpcuY_aem_qT3_r8Ptp6bav_I9irmAYw
Be a good game this. Delighted we finally wear the stunner of an away shirt. They had a tough game last night (and a great result), they give you chances to score and we will take a couple. This likely be the biggest opportunity we’ve had for fast counter attacks given how Ange sets teams up so there’s definitely an opportunity to win it due the the brilliance of our back line. I can’t see us losing which is worrying cos that’s usually a slapped arse. I fancy it’s 2-2 and a canny watch. Wilson and Enzo penalty for the lads.
With any team managed by him, trying to score on the break is the way forward. They have some good players but he is gung ho and it plays into our game
Great thread as usual RTB. Honestly can’t see anything other than 3 points for us this weekend. They are struggling and Ange’s style couldn’t suit us better. 0-2 Wilson and Le Fee.
Get flying at them, win free kicks then let Xhaka and Le Fée fire some shots under the crossbar ... ... we don't need to commit too many players to catch them on the break so let's keep it tight.
Played last night in Europe and have to admit they were very good against Betis but only managed a draw. Made some early subs to keep players fresh for the weekend but some of their key players played 90 minutes. It’s a shame Diarra is missing because we could’ve done with his energy in midfield against legs that will be a little bit tired but I think we can still get at them. Fancy us to keep a clean sheet and nick a winner. Have to go for Isidor as the goal scorer at the moment although I would love Sadiki to get it. The lad has ran his knackers off every match.
Another great thread RTB two up front three at the back and five in midfield at some stage preferably from the start brings home the 3 points. Should have got them with ease last time out , and this is another big big chance. OaU
Dunno who Hume will be up against, Ndoye or Sangaré I'd imagine, but he'll need Adingra or whoever to help him. The last thing we need is an over enthusiastic referee booking him in the first twenty minutes. I expect RLB will have had a word and pointed that out ... ... just as their coaches will have done.
That's what I would go with as well, keep any changes to a minimum with less disruption. After all, that is why he as brought in and 3 centre halves worked as a plan against 10 men but I think he will go back to his preferred formation.
I was miffed when we got the red card, and the news of Diarras injury, but looking at RTBs team line up has cheered me up no end.Whats not to like, Le Fee is a tremendous player and deserves a good run out, pleased for the lad, and his chance to shine.I was also impressed with what i saw of Master Rigg maturing well, and he will be a good one when they get tired for a 40-min cameo role. So now I'm biting at the bit to enjoy this one and savour every minute, onwards and up that table 3-1 to the lads
Tough game. Forest can be hit or miss. Hopefully it's the latter. Agree just a straight swap at left back and then same team as Villa.
This could be a tough game, probably tougher than Villa and United if truth be told. That said, if we are at it up front I could see us nicking it. 1-2 Xhaka thunderbastard and Wilson.
Latest from Regis Le Bris ahead of Sunderland v Nottingham Forest this weekend. “A shame because Habib is very important for us and has done well so far. If he’s earlier or later back, we’ll see.” On Chris Rigg having an opportunity, “I’m not worried about using him because he works hard every day. Not surprised by his level on Sunday.” 0️⃣9️⃣ Confirms Luke O’Nien is an option for the squad on Saturday. Backed Robin Roefs after his mistake v Villa. #SAFC
