    Wor Flags dug up the mags old mascot 'Monty the Magpie' and gave him a revamp that looks more like a fetish woody woodpecker.

    That was in the back of my mind when I looked for a cringe meme. In my knackered state, the penguin reminded me of this ****ing flag, but somehow I forgot to mention any of this in my post.

    There’s only ever gonna be one Monty synonymous with North East football.

    It’s like us calling Samson ‘Shearer’ or ‘Boring baldy ****’, we just wouldn’t do it.
