They're precisely what Vlad Ivic said about his time at Maccabi Tel Aviv, and we're actually true.

    Then he came here...

Agree and a lack of pace on and off the ball didn’t help - particularly when Baah was out .

We seemed slow and ponderous at times wanting too many touches and not fluid enough .

Yes he is making all the right noises, but what else is he supposed to say. The Pozzos are going for a record - only another nine to go and we will have had more managers under them than in our entire history before they arrived. One day I might be able to contribute to a thread called ''New Owners'' and that day cannot come quickly enough for me. At least the new manager fits well with most of the players - ie. had to look on a map to find out where Watford is before coming here. True to form a manager who has spent his entire life in a Spanish speaking environment and is venturing north of the Pyrenees for the first time - after a year of getting used to crap weather and crap food and having to visit places like Blackburn on a tuesday night (and all the other culture shocks awaiting him) he will be off back to the sun with a better bank balance. How the Pozzos entice people is unknown to me. Years ago I looked on the Werder Bremen fans forum to find out what they were saying about Seb Prödl - apparently he had said his goodbyes with lots of tears but with the assurance that he would be playing at a famous stadium in London in future.

Well he did play at Wembley I think..

    ;)

This new guy won’t even get much of a pay off but be funny if Pozzo did want to keep him after the year and PP said no !

So when will we be another seeing a new one ?

Knives out for PP after the result yesterday.

Feels like he needs a good win or two to regain fan backing .

Wouldn't be surprised - Sheffield U have sacked Selles after five defeats and are reportedly looking to replace him with the guy he replaced - Chris Wilder

Interesting scenarios, Sheffield U and Watford are almost in the same position, we had a young inexperienced manager who needed someone like Wilder and they had Wilder and replaced him with a young manager who failed

What S U need is Wilder as Senior/General Manager and an ambitious young coach who can feed of his knowledge and love for there club and what we had was a young ambitious coach who needed a senior mentor to guide him through the rough patches, both clubs failed miserably

Well Gino wants a proven promotion winning manager .

We have had a few of those but none worked out really well.

I mean the most inexperienced and random manager of the lot got us promoted weirdly .

Tipping this guy to be our next manager - has the benefit of being an ex-Hornet...

Over two managers and many players we have won 7 games I think all calendar year !

Must be our worst ever run in a single year so far .
