    Gomez disappointing for a senior player, Nyoni needs to be taken off, totally indifferent performance. Agree with many comments in support of Chiesa

    Nyoni has also looked solid if not spectacular. When on the ball has tried to be positive but been really difficult as saints just totally crowded out the midfield.

    Chiesa has been good, Leoni has played safe all the time, but his positioning is good and when he has challenged for the ball he has won it. Seems very cool and collected, like Hansen in some ways but has a long way to go to reach his level. When Konate goes in the summer I think he would be a good partner for VVD and would learn from him.

    Downside tonight is Nyoni not doing anything and the midfield is being overrun all the time as a result. They are doubling up on Rio, but that should leave space elsewhere.

    We also need to move the ball faster from the back, to catch Saints out before they get 10 men behind the ball.

    Agree on frimpong. Utter tosh.

    Agree on Robertson. Actually shameful for the nights captain to just stand while a 17 year old takes on 2. Just make a few runs.

    Agree on gomez. Absolutely woeful on the ball..slot bot only relies on cms.he has vvd and konate who will carry it up. Gomez is petrified to do anything.

    Agree on nyoni. This won't be getting you any moves on loan nor any more chances off slot. Really poor.

    But.you know ngumoha has fronted up to the pressure on him and has done OK

    Mr isak was alright but not in the box for the ball in. Scored one of two clear chances.

    Chiesa really showed up. Absolute class act and real pro there

    Others who have sat comfortably on a bench now minding themselves in the minor cup while he bursts a gut to make a difference.

    seem to remember seeing some stat that Leoni had only played 11 senior games but he looks very calm and assured .

    Well that was a **** show of a 2 minutes. Gomez awful pass for the corner and then Endo somehow has about 16 options to do something with that ball and ends up heading it back to a saints player 6 yards out <doh>
