Does it define how many can be in 'your group'...?? ie. if all of us on here got a ticket and we all pitched up together would they let us all on the coach
Just spotted this in the Ts and Cs which is rather off putting. Can withdraw from the second bit but not the first it seems. By entering the promotion, you agree to take part in reasonable publicity connected to the prize, including being filmed, photographed or interviewed at the match. This may include prize-giving footage, interviews and reaction content, which may be used by Midnite and Southampton FC across digital, broadcast and social media channels. You grant the Promoters and their affiliates a royalty-free licence to use your name, likeness, image and any content captured as part of the promotion for marketing and publicity purposes. This licence will continue unless and until you notify Midnite that you wish to withdraw consent for future use of your image or likeness, which you can do by contacting [email protected].
