But is it their judiciary or our national judiciary ? It’s my understanding that Parliament have the final say over the criminal justice system and the laws they implement, so do the laws need rewriting in favour of common sense and doing the right thing ? This includes deporting all foreign criminals no matter what the crime, and stopping the endless appeals, which the criminals usually, and eventually win If this also means us leaving certain international agreements then so be it.
