Yeah just on the train home now. @Stroller, @QPR999 and @WBA2_QPR3 plus other lovely people dangerous company. Good win against a decent but cautious team.
Hope Stroller was restrained and kept politics off the table wouldn't want him falling out with the only friends he has left!
Just back myself, what a lovely game to win against a nasty, niggily, little team. Even MADSEN was alright.
A fully deserved win today, I thought. Stoke were neat and tidy, and probably dominated possession, but they never really created much other than the header in the six-yard box. We could easily have scored a couple more. Too early to get over-optimistic about our chances, but **** it, I'm going to. I seriously think we can make the play-offs. Kone and Burrell are properly exciting and I think they have more to give - neither looks at peak fitness. I don't see any real weaknesses in the team and we have good cover in every position. Brilliant transfer business.
Busy day, could only follow on here and text updates. Brilliant result and so good to see us sitting 9th, but joint on points with 6th. Onwards and upwards...
What a great day. 3 great points and delighted for my daughter and her boyfriend ( Liverpool fan but a temporary 'R' today ) to see us win after limited opportunities after going to Leeds Uni. Harvey Vale man of the match for me for emulating Zamora in the play-off final. Closely followed by Saito and Morrison. Great company after the game too . URsss!
Personally thought Norrington-Davies did better with his speedy winger than Dunne did. But accept Dunne had a lot of captaining to keep his excitable team in check today
