Newport currently sit 22nd in the L2 table having only picked up 5 points so far this season after 8 games. They picked up one of those points away at Tranmere in a 1-1 draw last Saturday, with a 87th min goal. Reading the fans views on the BBC don't make good reading for a club that is clearly struggling.

But we still need to go and do a professional job, Gills equal top with Swindon, potential banana skin, but if we are serious about auto promotions, there can and must only be one outcome...

This has to be a result, to show we are a side looking for automatic promotion. However, our away form has not been over brilliant.
And with Swinetown away to Salford ( A 6-pointer) this has to be a WIN.
