That means Spurs cannot win the CL this season.

Ange’s Forest concede in the 93th minute. Looking like a penalty shootout

Liverpool with yet another late winner having not played particularly well.

It beggars belief that many wanted him to be kept on.

Couldn't organise a book signing in a library.

    I wanted him kicked upstairs

Give him a sporting director title and have him talk to a player and within five minutes they will be on board with the vision he is setting out - just make sure somebody else is on the touchline tweaking that vision so it has things such as a midfield that can win back the ball

...and FBs not playing as 10s, and CBs who mark their men, and wide attackers who are allowed to cross the ball, and midfielders with less than 40 yards open space between them <laugh>

There is something still deeply satisfying about watching Kane score against the chavs.

Our last 3 trophy winning managers were

    The bloke in the coat;
Juande (actually 364 days) Ramos: and
    Angie Baby

It has to be said that he fits right in there and earned his sacking, every bit as much as the other two. This time, the bloke who made so many **** coaching appointments (I know...not GG) went, too.

Frank is exactly what this club needed, at this moment. Now he can get on with sorting the **** out that was left to him.

I'm not going to defend Anges' management skills and it was entirely the right decision for the club to move on from him.
But I'm sure as hell not going to delight in problems he might face at Forest and in the future.
Still not sure exactly how, bearing in mind how catastrophically bad we were for much if last season, but he did bring silverware to the club. Not exactly a common occurrence!
He behaved well and never dissed the club. So for me he gets a free pass and best wishes for the future.

I bear the guy little ill will. It is unlikely that I will never comprehend why he changed his school playground, chaos tactics in the EL and not the PL as well...but he didn't appoint himself and as LOTS says, he never dissed the club and was left high and dry by the board on a number of occasions.

The fact that he wasn't up to the job is the fault of those who appointed him, much as it isn't Dragusin's fault that he's no Romero or Micky VdV.

I reckon some of the epicaricacy (ṬM PNP) at Ange's start at Forest, is largely based on the MGW debacle and Forest's owner.
