Heathrow Express to Paddington and then Hammersmith & Fulham line to Shepherds Bush. Check out TFL website for any rail works and closures etc.

Heathrow express Piccadilly Line to Hammersmith then Metropolitan and City line to Wood Lane is probably the simplest...

    Fly to Bristol International Airport.
Rent a helicoptor from there and you can land on my nans heli-pad,
which is on the roof of her penthouse flat in Mackay House, White City Estate.
    It's a 20 second walk from there.

Josh, the simplest way is to pack a parachute, and when the pilot is starting his descent into London, open the door and glide down into LR. Easy, its what i do all the time. The risk is small, only broke a leg once. :D

    heathrow
forget the heathrow expence sorry express
get the tube to hammersmith.cross the road to the other hammersmith station and get the train to sheperds bush
then walk along uxbridge rd soaking up the atmosphere.
heathrow to loftus rd should take less than an hour..unless of course buses have replaced trains in which case leave a day early

the parachute or the helicopter sound good too

Gatwick served better for Dublin flights for a start and it's a breeze to get to clapham and change for the overground service to Westfield
Do it a lot from France

If you are not tight on time, getting the tube is the cheapest option.
