Nowt for Burnley fans to boo about there. Ref added 5 mins on, decision given by the onfield ref within the 5 mins, no VAR involvement, definitely a pen. Hannibal was stupid. Only one person to blame for that.
Liverpool were terrible tbh ... ... Parker's post-match interview is going to be predictable and hilarious It was a home match and Burnley were absolutely awful.
They deserve to lose for the absolutely awful anti football for the entire game. I’d be ****ing gutted if Reg set us up in a way that we had no interest in trying to win a game.
So, out of the 3 teams promoted the teaming doing the better is the team that everyone had down to struggle
All the so called experts must have been on Mars during the Summer. Our owners have bought some quality players
Liverpool have just spent nigh on £250m on just two players (I know one wasn't playing today but it shows the disparity), how and why can it be expected that Burnley should be anything other than anti football (a subjective term anyway, I like and admire good defensive performances personally)? It used to do my head in when we got a result against Klopp or the likes and they slagged us off for not laying down and opening up for them. Until the league finds a way of sorting the disparity between the sides within it then I can't see how it can be expected for all sides to go toe to toe with eachother. Burnley had an intention to counter attack and tried to do so on occasions but Liverpool just easily snuffed it out.
