I fail to see how Swanson, who was on a yellow, who then fouls Scienza 3 times in quick succession, doesn’t get sent off. The ref was utter garbage. The game was awful. But we didn’t lose, which was just about the only good thing from that crock of ****.
Yeah, we just need to get this lot gelling. Everyone wanted a new formation but it will take some time to get that right.
One lucky win in five is nowhere near what is required. Even with all the changes that have gone on with transfers etc.
Still has not had a single easy game. I know we all want to think we are vastly better than the rest of the division, but individuals don’t make a team. Time makes a team and matches together. Pompey were excellent today.
That was a hard watch! Some occasional good play but not enough, they were there for the taking 2nd half! Still early days and need time to get a settled team with the new players. This game came too early for us really. Main thing is we didn't lose to them lot down the road. Hopefully by the time of the reverse fixture we have gotten into our stride and absolutely smash them!

I get that, but honestly we had to sub off players who were making our best chances - and I can see why Still was cautious about it.
I think.our expectation is too high. We were 98th worst team out of 99 teams to get relegated from.prem. That is bad. We suddenly not going to be good when it is mostly the same players
