just read it, sounds heartfelt and it resounds for anyone who has been in theater, the nerves as you go in and feeling like you're in a factory for sick people. no sicknote this one, he sounds gutted.

Not sure he completely understands his medication. The penicillin will be in tablet form to stop any infection, the injection will be warferin to stop blood clots. I had to take the stuff for an injury I sustained a few years ago, not pleasant injecting yourself every day and leaves quite bad bruising. Got to feel for him though.

Always liked Taylor from the first time I saw him. Gives 100% and keeps his feet on the ground. Always acted in a mature manner even when he was a kid.

His acting isn't too good, like the time he stumbled, fell, and accidentally handled the ball on the line and stopped a certain goal. Of course the pen went in but it could have missed.

Plays with his head and his heart.

Always liked Taylor since his dived in the way of that assasin's bullet and happened to catch the ball with his hand & stopped a certain goal <ok>

Sounds better that way. A bit more dramatic.

It certainly was dramatic - was like watching Willem Dafoe die in Platoon.

Anything on in the afternoons? I'm off this afternoon, was going to Football Manager but like to have something on in the background.

While I was at uni I did a summer job at James Cook hospital in the Boro and there actually was a Dr Mark Sloan. I was amazed, and had this been in the days of good camera phones I'd probably still have a picture of me next to the sign on his door...

I feel so sorry for Taylor, sounds like a really nasty injury. He's definitely someone who wears his heart on his sleeve, he's totally committed to Newcastle and not afraid to show it.

<laugh> I used to love days off school sick when I was a kid. The day was always so perfectly mapped out.

    - The Snorks
    - Bewitched
    - Cluedo with Richard Madeley
    - Going For Gold/Wipeout
    - Blockbusters
    - Murder She Wrote/Columbo
    - Diagnosis Murder
    - Countdown
    - Montel Williams

    Hell yes.

edit - no idea how I could forget Randall & Hopkirk (Deceased)
