Morning. Went for a walk this morning while it was absolutely ****ing down. Soaked, sat in a coffee shop and the Sun has come out. ****. Going to Goodwood tomorrow. Missus wanted to go. Sounds a bit lame.
In the isle of man working with my old man for a few weeks. It's proper **** here. today I found out that an ounce of bud is 4bills, so that 200 a half, 100 for a Q and 50boys for a Henry.... It's literally cheaper in prison but the £260 a day is a making up for it. Regardless I'm getting a Q tomorrow because I can't take this **** much longer without weed Off to dam with the Mrs when I'm done with this borefest in a few weeks Annoying too cos there was no search on arrival at the airport I coulda brought a fuking kilo on my hand luggage
Don’t forget to put your tax to one side mate. I don’t miss the weed one bit. Enjoy Amsterdam, though!
how gash, had a bad back which spread to my leg. Just seen the physio (saw a Bupa physio 3 months ago over a call who just gave me some "exercises") at my local GP. Disc Bulge/Herniated Disc Anyway, no running no footie and some physio for the next 2 months apparantly.
Counting the seconds to three thirty finish. Off to Surrey later, at the BMW golf all day tomorrow. Couple nights away, Dad's and lads thing. Gurkha curry tonight, golf and beer and food outlet stuff all day tomorrow, then food and beers in the evening somewhere. Razorlight are on there at the close, but they are a tad ****e so don't think we'll bother. Back Sunday afternoon for a Derby day pumping of City.
I feel for you mate. Nothing worse when your back goes. I always go private when I’m having trouble with mine.
thanks. Yeah it sucks. I normally just go through backpain but i got worried as its spread to my left glute and the pain has been getting worse especially on certain stretches for the past month. I guess on the other hand i have a good reason to be lazy and not do anything
Get yourself to a specialist mate. I was bed bound the last time my back went and literally screaming out in pain. My mate drove me to the specialists (whatever they’re called) and I was able to walk out without any help. They know how to manipulate the spine and get out any knots that are causing the pain.
As soon as it's dark, we'll be out of there. Some big names there this tournament. Although one I wanted to catch, Brooks Koepka, looking like missing the cut ffs.
Where to you live Bob's? - did mine playing footie years ago - there's (or at least there was) a Sports Injury Clinic at Monks Risborough in Buckinghamshire that I got a referral to by local GP (Aylesbury) at the time ... two sessions , first one targeted swelling - second one a few days later (which I still walked in to virtually crippled) saw a chiropractor / osteopath who informed me that I had knocked a few 'facet vertebrae' out of alignment before promptly massaging them back into line - walked out normally without any residual pain ... probs all private these days mind...
Not a Razorlight fan but they played at a festival we were at a few years back and tbh they were very decent, didnt realise how many of the songs I knew, always read Burrell was a bit of a tit but didnt come over that way , all in all pleasantly surprised.
Sounds like nerve impingement / sciatica Like Saf said, I’d get along to see a specialist / chiropractor. Get it diagnosed and then work on some specific exercises. That stuff can be debilitating if gets worse
does it finally work and can the crew actually deal with the noise and discomfort in it ? or is it just a model of the thing they may finally produce years late and massively over budget
