    Yep....guilty as charged....fined £500m.... relegated to League 2....Stamford Bridge closed on matchdays.......no more than 20 players allowed on their books........bring it on! <party><laugh><laugh>

    Most of them are at it and nobody will convince me otherwise. Newcastles dodgy over inflated sponsorships with Saudi companies, Villas ridiculous wage bill and the selling of stadium rights etc to just scrape PSR.

    So apparently Chelsea grassed themselves and are blaming on previous ownership.

    Be interesting to see how this one pans out given their spending and sales over last 2 years.
