No but they were bloody lucky to get it. Derry said we were unlucky not to get it! If that's logic then Phil Thompson is a philosopher!

God I hate that Thompson twat!

I think we're deluded if we think United are not on form. They demolished Wolves, are smarting from the Champions League exit and can go top (albeit temporarily) if they beat us on Sunday.

A very very hard game for us.

    We need -

Helgusson back (can't believe I'm saying that)
Kenny v Cerny ??? Cerny on current form especially if Kenny is being rushed back
Hall to stub his toe getting out of his Bentley on Sunday morning and thus being unable to play
Tarrarararabat's last QPR swansong with a wonder goal or will he be 'overweight / injured / lost in Marrakesh / in Paris with Beckham / on the 27 bus to Fulham?'
Warnock to play 4-4-2 and take the game to United
Bothroyd to finally find his feet
Buz to stay on the bench
Connolly to prove he can cut it at this level
Barton to take control of midfield and free up Faurlin

I fear far too many things to ask for. Have we started the same 11 players yet this season??

    I fear a hiding

Ye'll need to score, at lest 1 to get a point maybe. I cna tell you I would love to see you win it, it can be done but it will take a lot of work and determination for 94 minutes and also ye have to hope Uniteds full 11 don't turn up.

If ye can block the wing traffic you have a chance

The amount of times Traore was caught out of position against Liverpool was diabolical, personally i'd like to see Hill play at left back and Traore on the wing!

Anyone else still bitter about the amount of injury time they were given in '96 that led to their equalizer and practically our relegation?

I am. It was a disgrace and I've hated that Club ever since.

Yes indeed I do. I still have nightmares and can still see ****ona swooping to score.
I don't blame Man Utd though, I blame that bastard referee Robbie (robbed us ) Hart.

A tough game but if United play as we know they can, they should edge it.

Weren't you five points from safety that season? Bit much to try and blame it all one one game, particularly given that you went on your best run of form all season after it!

We got 10 points from the 7 games after that. From what little I remember of those years it was the Coventry game that really put the last nail in the coffin but with the boost of a win against the top team in the country you'd have fancied us to have stayed up. I'm too young to really remember it but reading reports since it seems the epitome of Fergie time. Cheating ****s.
