By some distance the best and strongest side in the men's competition. And one of the best t20 sides anywhere in the world. But for the good of the competition, the rumours of a decreased number of retentions for next year does need to happen, to help even out the playing field.
I think an auction would be better than a draft as well so teams really have to think about who they want and budget accordingly.

It does appear like they put the kid in too early, he's barely played any domestic cricket as far as I know. Let's hope that it doesn't affect him too much going forward.
