The blame is 100% at the hands of the 49ers for me, they put an inexperienced team in charge of recruitment. What I don't understand is why. Any business you get the best possible people in for the job, not promote clueless individuals from within, without advertising the position. Stupidity, arrogance and naivety rolled into one.

 

It is a strange one… I’m not going to be critical of the recruitment guys themselves. They were dealt a bum hand. Did Marathe not forsee kinnear taking his guys with him? Did he not think it was that important? Putting £100m in the hands of rookies and risking many more £100m’s with relegation if they weren’t successful. Baffling.

It’s all raw at the moment, it’s probably brought the team, Farke and fans closer together.

Farke has bought himself time and the forgiveness of fans if we slip up, anger will now be directed at the owners.

We need DCL and Okafor to remain fit, hit form and score some goals. All we can do is get behind the team and try and make ER a fortress

 

The owners have to come out and explain this total **** up.

Fulham pulled the plug on Wilson deal.

Leeds signed it, Wilson signed it, Fulham changed their mind two minutes to the deadline.

 

YEP reporting Leeds and Wilson signed deal sheet and then Fulham pulled out. Looks like they played us. Tie up a potential relegation rival’s time until it’s too late for replacement… wonder what Wilson thinks of it all.
