Leeds shafted yet again as Gyabi is walking away on a free to Hull. Yes officially a loan deal but last year of his contract so he and Joffy get a nice signing on fee next season wherever they may be. Lots of clubs in for Gyabi and offering £4m to £5m fees, what a joke we are at transfers.

 

That would be a loan then with no fees as Hull are not allowed.

 

Meslier could be off to former club L'orient. Valencia were showing interest last week also.

 

Players and their agents know with a season left theycan refuse a permanent move. Then like you say collect a chunk signing next season with who they like. The club can do nothing in these situations.

I think the annoyance is when you see us scratching around, and you then read Sunderland are getting Brobbey - A very good signing for them and I would have liked him at ER

Villa getting Sancho on loan and a plane from B'Ham to Leeds screams out Buendia - I'd take that at the moment, a month ago I would not have.

 

Good job he's catching a plane ...the speed we do transfers if he was driving up we'd be lucky to get January's window

Agree with this. We need something and Buendia at this stage ticks a lot of boxes. Can play in the 10, right wing, is creative. Not sure on his fitness but would rather have him as an option than nothing at all. Like DCL & Okafor, when fit he’d start.
