Honestly if you look at that starting lineup for City there's about half the team that would have been nowhere near a City squad (let alone starting) about 4-5 years ago. There's a reason Pep doesn't normally stay at a club this long. He's great at getting the best out of superstar players when he arrives, rubbish at rebuilding teams and identifying players that can replace.
