Thankfully neither seem to sulk when they're not played of called off ... ... they're clearly still finding their PL feet but they're not doing bad so far. There was an idea neither could head a ball but they seem so be getting the hang of it. I like the look of Guiu who's clearly a talented player although it's going to be difficult to give him game time.
Love both. Want both getting plenty of game time up front, starts and off the bench and a little rotation through the wings. They will hit good form and bad form and they will suit different games as they are different players. I have no preference. Love them both.
I really like both. Both seem to have bought into the club and fan base too. If I was forced to pick, I'd go for Wilson even tho I think longer term Mayenda will be a better player. I just love the way Wilson interacts with the supporters and speaks about the club.
Wilson at the moment, seems to have adapted to the league better than Mayenda. I'm sure Mayenda will get there sooner rather than later, but for now I'd prefer to see him come on for a ten minutes chaos creator at the end of games.
I’m not sure if it’s one or the other. The Premiere league is a squad game and RLB keeps talking about starters and finishers. In my opinion he is managing the two very cleverly, Mayenda starting games with his strength and pace to drag the defenders about and Isidor to come on against tired legs and strut his stuff. I have also no doubt that some of his game plans will see Isidor starting and Mayenda coming off the bench.
Wilson probably just edging it at the minute which is the opposite of the back end of last season! Really could be either starting and the other is a class option to come off the bench and run at a tiring defence! Guiu also looks like he will be a handful once up to speed! All in all although we could go and sign experienced striker not sure we could afford what it would cost to be much of an improvement on these 3.
We will definitely need both, and Guiu. It's a hell of a tough league this, multiple levels up from the Championship. As many gooduns as we can have available is vital .
I will leave this one to Reg, for now. serious game management last time out. But for me its a tough ask on Mayenda who is the better prospect of the two for me. Having said that Wilson is a fantastic sub and a bit of a showman to boot. I would in the right circumstance start them both , maybe in tough away games , using only two up front playing on the break. Its a great bonus for this that one is a natural lefty and the other a mighty righty. and it would take four players to mark these rwo playing between the lines, this could gives us an extra man in the middfield which could be a real advantage.
