Headline submissions to be made by 9.00pm Monday 1st September 2025. 3. If there are 5 or more submissions then there will be an initial vote where the top 3 entries will then go to a second and final vote. 4. You cannot vote for yourself when voting starts. Any such votes will be excluded from the final count and so will be a wasted vote. 5. Headline entries and any votes by known sock accounts will be excluded from any official vote counts. 6. Due to ongoing Interpol investigations, Trev (aka Rum and Black for 2) will not be allowed to enter the competition and his votes will not count. Any comments he posts will be deleted.
