Much better performance. Longstaff looked like a seasoned Leeds player

After the week we’ve had that’s a great result. It was a fair one too. Gives them the confidence that they can compete with a top side.

Well Mr Farke <applause><applause> that wasn’t our starting 11 as Okofor wasnt fit and DCL so far is our starting No9, plus Bijol is better than Struijk and we have 2 midfielders out too. That was a much needed performance which showed fight, commitment and just lacked quality in the final third. We could have scored a couple there. Well done

When you think about it, with a little bit of quality in the final third we could have scored more than one but, at the other end, we didn't give them much at all.

Its clear we need to address the lack of quality in the final third.

We've got until Monday to sort some kind of creativity out.

Would of taken a point before the game and we got a point it wasn't pretty but on play nowt btw the sides. So we have to be happy.
Thought Longstaff played the occasion very well and handled Bruno excellently.
Willy was bright and we defended well. but as a spectacle the game was a damp squib.

That was the best result we could of hoped for IMO

We needed the clean sheet and quite frankly we are toothless up front.

Come on 9rs you are watching the same game as us, get that cheque book out and give Farke a chance

Longstaff looking like the signing I hoped for, Bogle is a superstar and has come back from injury thinking its still the championship, I wont pass judgement on DCL just yet-just dont show me his wage cheque

Who wouldn't have taken 4 points from those opening 3?

Lets not paper over the cracks and have a long season though. A maverick and a clinical finisher and the board can count their money at the end of the season

Exactly what I hoped for earlier in the say. A repeat performance from everyone incl the fans of the Everton game and we got it. If we can maintain that home form we have a real chance of staying up. Not many will enjoy their trips to Elland road. When I saw the fixtures I thought four points would be a massive achievement from first three and so it has proven to be. Switched phone off for the two hours of the game so no distractions were had

Also, cant see a place for Piroe the way we play sadly.

Excellent finisher and will excel in other leagues but id be tempted to **** him off for anything over 10 mil and pump it back into the forward line. Maybe a bit late in the window to come to that conclusion and I wanted us to sign him when he was at Swansea but I just dont see where he fits

I thought dcl did great when he came on. Speaking to a mate who’s an Everton fan this morning… described him as almost the complete centre forward. The missing bit was finishing. Who’d have thought.

longstaff and bogle great today. Gnonto decent. Everyone else worked hard and did their bit. No passengers. How it should be.

After watching Mr Tumble Nmecha today hard to see who’s better between Piroe and him. Poor old Lucas wasn’t anywhere near the quality we needed today. He could have scored a couple or got us an assist but his passing radar wasn’t on and his tangled feet. Yes he may come good and I thought he looked handy in earlier games. Hard to see where Piroe fits as he ain’t a ten and if we bring in a ten we have problems as Piroe will not like being a third or fourth choice striker

A question on Harrison today too because I thought Gnonto was decent and worked hard and Harrison was also decent and worked hard. We seem to have an abundance of players on the left now

Yeah agree with all of that bud.

DCL was a toe poke away or a flick from being great.

Unfortunately I think thats going to be the case quite alot. Maybe hes a confidence striker that will get on a roll, however it looks like we are going to struggle creating chances as things stand so gambling on him to be clinical is a massive risk.

Early doors but hes going to need help either way.

We still haven't scored from open play in the league, so credit to Farke for having us on four points.

IF YOU ARE AFFILIATED WITH THE 49RS RE READ THAT AND ****ING BACK US NOW!

It looked clear to me Willy was told to run his guts out as he’d be substituted on the hour. Will didn’t look in the slightest bit bothered when he was subbed
