We can win this. We've played some decent football in this first half but just aren't carrying enough threat up front. Seven shots with none on target says it all. I hope that all these chances we've created but spurned don't come back to haunt us.

Been impressed defensively and in middle first half but need to be better as we’re wasting good opportunities going forward. The last two minutes was super frustrating just passing it around between Gruev and Rodon. But in this much more than the last two.

Gonna make or break our season this, competed well against a good Newcastle side. Keep it tight second half for 20-25 mins then get Okafor & DCL on.

Really good half. Means nothing if we take our foot of the gas.

The movement in the final third is off. Gnonto has been a handful but its just obvious what he is going to do. Needs to mix it up a bit more. Nmechas first touch is that bad that it works due to Nmecha or the defender not knowing where its going to go.Nmecha makes the right runs but he's just half a yard late with them. Dan James looks way off the pace.

They’ll only be one goal in this match (if any), Newcastle have probably the worst attack in the league today and you just aren’t creating clear cut chances. The win is there if you want it enough against these scruffy cnuts.

Good half. We more than matched a very expensive Newcastle team. Apparently they were the better side even with 10 men against Liverpool. Our final ball has just been fkn woeful again. With all the openings we've created we're yet to make Pope work. Incredibly our press is causing them problems but we are coping with theirs. They started off chasing Perri down but hsve stopped.
If we can find just a bit of quality we can do this

I noticed Bogle didn't want afters with dan burn after landing on his ankle.

Thats a footballer with an IQ right there <laugh>
 
Need to make some changes, Gnoto looking tired and James been off it this season so far tbh. Get Harrison & Okafor on. DCL if he can do half hour too.
