Solid first half. We've been the better team but their offside goal was a warning of what they're capable of. We're getting the ball into the box more which I like but we've not created much clear cut yet. Enzo on the left is clearly tactical to nullify the threat from Kayode marauding forward and so far it's worked excellently. When we're on the ball he's going more central into the middle with Xhaka dropping deeper and Reinaldo providing the width. It's a challenge they haven't solved yet, but we've not made it count. Mukiele's long throw is a new weapon to the armoury which is great. I think he's going to be right back long term if we can get another centre back.
Agreed. Their goal came from a very poor pass from the right from us. I’d be disappointed in Mayenda if he didn’t get onside for that mind and we scored like that.
It was a poor pass from Hume, but it was in the attacking third and the counter just shows how ruthless it can be at this level. You would rarely get punished for that in the Championship. I think it was an excellent run that was just slightly mistimed. If the ball had been released a split second earlier and he'd have scored. If he delayed his run, our defenders would have stopped him. Just one of those that was fractions either way, wouldn't say Dango did much wrong personally.
Encouraging stuff, just worry when they get a chance they are more clinical. We don't look like scoring. Big second half

We look good until we get into the final third and then the lack of creativity is evident. Hopefully these subs can change that.
