    It's great to see the lads doing something like this. As AB said, it means so much to the patients and staff that they visit and can give them a huge lift.

    Great photos in that flickr gallery, all the lads look genuinely relaxed and happy to be there getting involved in the community. It really is good to see the club coming out with some nice touches like this recently. Really gives everyone concerned there a massive lift at a time of year that is probably one of the toughest for them and their families.

    What the **** is that around Gosling's neck? Also, how much of a tit does Perch look?

    Other than that really good photo's and it's nice too see them doing these visits!

    I don't understand why he would receive racist abuse.

    Even though I never agree with racist abuse, I could at least understand why some people would receive it, but Sammy is a nice lad. He doesn't deserve it.

    It doesn't matter who you are, if you are black you are, at some point, likely to be racially abused sadly.

    Especially when you are in the limelight as a footballer, sadly those sorts of people are out there.
