Off to the shop to get ingredients for beef stifado (not missing Greece at all) walk and pub later.

 

There's a Greek cafe up the road from us, getting rave reviews.

Definitely plan to try one evening.

 

Yet another very dodgy decision for one of the big teams then.

Fulham been done by two in one week!

 

It's a ****ing mess, loads of bad decisions already.

 

It's actually getting worse.

Every attempt to improve things is further muddying the waters.

 

Have 100% sympathy for Fulham, but Everton have had two just the same….so **** em.

 

The pundits have got on my nerves with the penalty, it's clearly a penalty but they banged on about it not being one for ages.

 

Was a taverna in Roda in Northern Corfu ... (holiday there with uni girlfriend in 1981) that cooked their stifado in individual clay lidded pots ... one of the best dishes I've ever had abroad on my travels ... we must have gone there every other night in our 2 weeks there ... and had the same thing!
