Was very confident regards Burnley so going to revert to being overly cautious today

Despite what I think of Brentford, losing mbeumo norgaard wissa they’ll still be a real challenge and 3 points would be a coup.

I do think it’s massive game and one where we need 3 points, because if we aren’t going to collect 3 points at home to Brentford we have to find them elsewhere.

Mbumo and Wissa big loss for them, but will still be a useful side. Not going to be easy.

Have a fantastic to all of you going. On call again for the next 2 weeks so having to miss this one. I’m absolutely gutted as it’s a perfect day for it. I’ll be watching from home and cheering on. Let’s cheer the lads on to another 3 points!

More superb work from RTB. Thankyou.
I think a great support will push them to victory- my one worry is the word expectation (no offence, Brentford). Brentford may not be the same as last year - but they have Premiership experience - the sort where in the past, we play brillliantly but lose out to a late goal when they up a gear for the last ten minutes. We are different now, though, so it's 2-1 for me

Spot on. There are no easy games in this league. RLB is right.....we have to learn from every match and improve the things that we can do better before the next one.

Great thread again RTB thank you. Very difficult game against a well organised side who can definitely hurt us. Same passion from the crowd and players and I think we are well capable of sneaking this one. Haway the lads.

We’ll be in the sheepfolds about 13:30 as long as it’s not stowed off.

I’ll keep a look out for troublemakers and know that it’s you lot :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Bumped into fellow SAFC fans at the services in Exeter. Poor sods will be still on the road by the time I get the holiday house for the week (rented for a week, sadly don’t own it)

ELF on the left. Not keen on that and would prefer him in the middle, with Adingra on the left, both in their natural positions but we gotta trust RLB and hope it works.

Really do not understand Enzo out wide. Want him in the side as he is our most creative player but I want to see him given a go in the middle.

What was the point singing him otherwise...

Today he could be see as a way to help break the low block and also he’ll be helping defend an advanced full back on that side

That's all fair. He's not a winger though, is he.

Not thrilled to see Enzo on the left. Hopefully it means Adingra causes problems against tired legs in the second half.

That Brentford team is still decent without Wissa and Mbeumo. On their day Schade and Damsgard can be a threat. Hopefully our defence is up to the challenge.
