Fatawu would improve pretty much any of the lower PL teams - Wolves, Leeds, Brentford, Burnley, Sunderland, Fulham. I think you could even make an argument for West Ham and Palace - and possibly Villa and Man Utd.

I think he's better than what Newcastle have signed in Elanga, and what Everton have signed in Dibling.

And yet nobody wants him. What’s with that?

The only answer I have is his serious injury last season has scared off teams from being willing to spend decent money on him this summer. Possibly they'd rather wait until January or next summer.

But if Leicester get promoted (or are on course for promotion come January), it'll be much harder (expensive) to get them to sell.

Difficult agent maybe? I did just look at the Fulham starting line up and thought “surely he’s better than who they are starting?”

I didn’t realise he had a serious injury. This one makes more sense. Especially with the increased pace of the premier league

Top two now the two teams from whom we’ve bought one of their best players.

Not a shot on target for Sheffield Utd who lose their opening 4 games. Who gets the sack first, Selles or Martin?

Might have said this before but I watched a championship prediction video where the guy placed Sheffield United really high and was waxing lyrical about Selles. I have no idea why he rated him so highly

I have no beef with Selles, as interim managers go he did OK, not so after being appointed as manager with no managerial experience.

To be fair to Selles, he did a good job at Reading, and a good job at Hull. Considering the circumstances at both clubs, what he did with them both was very impressive.

And next up they're away to Ipswich after the international break.

Hamer and O'Hare as two of their three CMs doesn't seem to work. They never got control of the middle of the park.

Wrexham get their second on 90+18! Bloody hell, what happened in that game. Side note Moore was fantastic business for them.

Edit: Ipswich equalise on 90+16 too. Probably two of the latest ever!? goals on the same day

Jammy Ipswich scraped a draw against Derby with a 106th minute penalty <laugh>

Isn't that their second penalty in extra time this season?

Yep, rescuing 2 points for them in the process. They may be struggling early doors but scoring late seems like one habit they’ve managed to keep.
