So, prior to the CL group stage completing,
Spurs are initially scheduled for 22 PL games to
    be played on saturdays.

We shall see how that number decreases due to
    PL TV broadcasters ...

For these ones I guess a case could be made for
two particular London clubs playing at home
on the same day with KO times within a particular
time gap (so Spurs or Kings Rd FC had to shift
    their game that week) .

For the Spanners game, my first thoughts were
Sky were shifting it to USA viewing time thinking
things could get spicy due to the return of Kudus.

    From :

    https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/ne...-fixtures-dates-and-kick-off-times-confirmed/

    that gives fixtures of :

    Sep 13 : PL - West Ham United [14] (A)
    Sep 16 : CL - Villarreal (H)
    Sep 20 : PL - Brighton & Hove Albion [8] (A)

    Sep 27 : PL - Wolverhampton Wanderers [16] (H)
    Sep 30 : CL - Bodo/Glimt (A)
    October 4 : PL - Leeds United [19] (A)

    October 18 : PL - Aston Villa [6] (H)
    October 22 : CL - AS Monaco (A)
    October 25 : PL - Everton [13] (A)

    November 1 : PL - Chelsea [4] (H)
    November 4 : CL - FC Copenhagen (H)
    November 8 : PL - Manchester United [15] (H)

    November 22 : PL - Arsenal [2] (A)
    November 26 : CL - PSG (A)
    November 29 : PL - Fulham [11] (H)

    Dec 6 : PL - Brentford [10] (H)
    Dec 9 : CL - Slavia Prague (H)
    Dec 13 : PL - Nottingham Forest [7] (A)

    January 17 : PL - West Ham United [14] (H)
    January 20 : CL - Borussia Dortmund (H)
    January 24 : PL - Burnley [18] (A)
    January 28 : CL - Eintracht Frankfurt (A)
    January 31 : PL - Manchester City [3] (H)

    So the :

    1. PSG tie does not allow for a weaker starting XI
prior (as that game is an NLD) .

2, Monaco tie could be similar (depending on
their/Spurs league form by then) .

    3. Bodo/Copenhagen/Slavia ties should allow for
weaker starting XIs to be fielded.
