Off Topic Madeleine McCann ..... who's to blame ?

Directly or Indirectly, no one can argue it wasn't the parents fault.

 

I honestly believe, if it had been a couple from a council estate who had done the same. They'd have been prosecuted and faced a much more severe public outcry. Which they throughly deserve.

 

Spot on, I’ve always believed this.. regardless of what happened to this poor Bairn.. . those two morons neglected their kids in a foreign country… outrageous.. should have had all their kids took into care
