I agree on some of this - I think the hunger for growth consumes our play spaces and nature. My challenge on this is a simple redistribution of wealth would be the best way forward. The gap between top and bottom has grown exponentially. Why not start to close it. If you limit wages at the top end you make the savings. I know a bloke works from 9-10 every day to feel his team what to do then gets bored, playing golf etc and makes a fortune while his team work long hours. It’s a successful business and fair play to him for making it work and he’s made jobs but he’s not exactly putting a shift in. It just takes a tweak in balance for fairness for all.

That is one of my mains gripes with Blairs Labour policies of saying 50 % of young go to university. Most should leave school at 16 and get apprenticeships, learning a skill, if in future they need a degree qualification because of promotion then company could send them as happened to lads where I worked who went into office type jobs. The 8% at uni before that was about right. Problem is though that working class skills and looked down on by the modern university educated left

Personally I think there’s an obsession with right and left. I just think I read a lot and rey and interpret what’s going wrong for the everyday person. I don’t see the everyday person in colour of skin because I know a lot of working class lads who have the same struggles of all races and some of had a harder life than those who still have a hard life. I think in answer my view is if we being coal in why don’t we make enough but if we can turn miners into wind farmers even better because it has a bigger impact.
On those countries, I don’t like dictators. That’s where Farages idol is heading and he’s not even hiding it. Would you want us to be like Russia/North Korea/ USA? Or be a Britain that works for all ? That’s what I’d be patriotic about, not one where some take it all and most suffer.

To be honest I agree with that. I think they should get apprenticeships that enable them to rise to the top though ie get the qualifications to become leaders not just be grafters forever. I do though think young people should be encouraged to think and have fun as well as work. There’s not enough joy and safety in kids lives these days.

I agree the difference between top bosses and worker in most companies is too big but redistribution of wealth, I don't know, if I gave 2 people £1000 to invest, one worked really hard 70hrs a week and converted it into £10000,whereas the other person did bare min skipping days etc and had no money left, should I take the £4000 off one to give to the other. I totally agree about tax evasion all money should be taxed before leaving country and agreements in place with like minded countries for some to claim back. All offshore trusts and letterbox companies should be based from owning any property or assets in the country

I don’t see anything with colour of skin also as my whole life have grown up where my uncle is coloured, cousins coloured and so on, they are my family and we're just the same as the rest of the family

Exactly, and that's what frightens me. I think that's why it's important to think about things from different viewpoints. The right approach is, surely, somewhere in the middle.

Look I earn a decent wage. Maybe it’s guilt but I also travel more and work long hours. I feel like it’s right to put the graft in and happy to do more than my team because I earn more. A lot of business isn’t that. People are taking risks and getting dirty while executives take massive wealth and long holidays. There needs to be a balance.
My issue on tax goes back to politics now. A small percentage on some who wouldn’t notice would provide services that give kids some joy, give families and the vulnerable a bit of breathing space. It’s as simple as that for me. In reality reform want to give them a tax break and have less services. You can see why I get on the bandwagon. Don’t let them pull the wool over your eyes over left this and left that. I just want everyday people to suffer less. I don’t have ‘a party’, I vote for less struggle. None fully represent me but I despise some parties.

Fairness isn't everyone having the same, it's getting out something commensurate with what you put in. With, of course, the hugely important caveat that anyone who genuinely needs helping gets that help. If we want to live in a functioning society, we all have to contribute to that society.

I agree with that. Some need to put more in with the support required to enable them to do so if support is what they need, but they can’t do nowt. Some take way too much out with little input though and control the narrative at the top end. Everybody making the country better, doing their bit with energy and affordable tax for services, not just moaning about it is essential. By that I mean work and social action outside of work .

I agree some people need support whilst others need a push. My brother in laws sister has downs syndrome went to Fulwell day center, where they learned things, they opened a few cafes around Sunderland and the disabled people worked in then for about £20 PW wages. All could of sat on their backside saying woe is me but they did not, where nowadays there is more and more people with the new bad back Mental health taking the mick taking money away from the genuinely needy as the country only has limited funds available

Look my son has had significant mental health issues. Literally unfit to work. He’s suffered but with largely my input and fallback he’s now working 35 hours. He still finds the interaction hard but he’s got some work ethic. I’d happily have traded some of his benefits for more help. If there’s a direct link between more support and less benefits I’m for it but I mean real support services not token ones. We can’t have the kick without the genuine help. A balance of both works. I go back to the need for kids to have joy though. Positive experiences. It’s the antidote to mental illness and we need kids to have better services, caring adults and a better start in life.
